2025 Avec Amour, Pinot Noir Rosé
Beautifully coral in color, the 2025 Rosé is focused and expressive with aromas of wild alpine strawberry, peach sorbet, Tuscan melon, delicate floral confections and a note of citrus marmalade. Crushed rock minerality and a distinctive saline quality turn one’s thoughts to the sea.

2023 As You Are Chardonnay
The 2023 As You Are Chardonnay has lively citrus aromas of kumquat and Meyer lemon along with toasted almond, turmeric, saffron and fresh washed stone. The palate is taught and tangy with intriguing center notes of lemon curd, nougat, dolma and wintergreen. A waxy mineral edge lends texture to the palate and a note of fresh chevre an elegant spark. The finish is layered and vibrant with a resonant saline line throughout.

The ’22 As You Are Chardonnay opens in perfume with notes of fresh orange blossom, tangerine, night jasmine and ylang ylang. The palate is nervy and focused with a brightness of acidity lending energy and vitality. Flavors of lemon drop, lime sherbet, honeycomb, and crushed stone stretch along this wine’s linear reach - finishing crisp, clean and saline.

2020 As You Are Chardonnay
Aromas of golden apples, toast, and wet moss fill the glass. This chardonnay is bright, with an appealing and approachable leanness on the palate, offering flavors of quince, lemon zest, and a bit of roasted hazelnut.
A perfect aperitif wine that is lovely on its own or with smoked salmon galette and salad. Continue drinking with dinner and through dessert, when you raid the cheese cart.

2023 The Epicure Chardonnay
The 2023 Epicure Chardonnay has expansive aromas of floral Daphne, fragrant lemongrass oil, fenugreek and marzipan. The palate is broad and rich, full of succulent flavors of Manuka honey, Anjou pear, tarragon, macadamia and nori. The whole is vivid and plush, finishing juicy and fresh with lingering notes of jasmine and ginger.

Beautifully crimson and violet in hue, the ’22 Deep End Pinot Noir is a bundle of energetic fruit, confection, spice, and earth. 2023 Mine Yours and Ours Pinot Noir
Mine Yours and Ours Pinot Noir is coined The Ballerina for its intensity, power, and grace. The 2023 is perfumed and poised, linear and long, Full of dark cherry, red raspberry and currant, floral sweet pea, rose petal, saffron, and blood orange. There is a crushed rock minerality and black tea notes from whole cluster fermentation, lending tension and length to a concentrated core of plush velvety tannins. Fleshy and focused, the finish is long and saline, ending in notes of blue raspberry, toasted sesame, and black salt licorice.

The 2023 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of cocoa, blackberry, coffee nib, toasted hazelnut and incense cedar. The palate is both concentrated and expansive, full of lift and loft with flavors of fresh and dried blueberries, black cherries, chocolate brownie, fenugreek and earthy dill.
