Summer Asado Experience
August - September | 11am & 1:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays | Anacréon Tasting House
This summer, join us for one of South America's most cherished culinary traditions with our Summer Asado Experience.
More than a meal, an Asado is an invitation to slow down, gather around the table, and celebrate exceptional ingredients prepared over an open wood fire grill. Set against the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains, this weekend-only experience brings together thoughtfully sourced meats, seafood, seasonal produce, and Anacréon wines in a relaxed, family-style setting.
Choose from our Land Asado, Sea Asado, or let our chefs prepare the best of both. Featuring locally raised meats, fresh Oregon seafood, seasonal harvest vegetables, and family-style service, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to be shared.
$100 per person, (includes an Estate Tasting Flight) - Available Saturdays & Sundays 11am & 1:30pm through the end of September. (Minimum 4 people required for booking).

As the days stretch longer and the evenings settle into golden light, we invite you to join us for Anacréon After Hours at the Tasting House.
Enjoy live music from Casey Parnell, seasonal offerings from our Bistro menu, and a relaxed, open-air setting in the garden — all framed by sweeping 360° views across the vineyard. Each evening begins with a welcome glass of wine, setting the tone for an experience designed to be savored slowly.
