Summer Asado Experience
August - September | 11am & 1:30pm, Saturdays & Sundays | Anacréon Tasting House
This summer, join us for one of South America's most cherished culinary traditions with our Summer Asado Experience.
More than a meal, an Asado is an invitation to slow down, gather around the table, and celebrate exceptional ingredients prepared over an open wood fire grill. Set against the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains, this weekend-only experience brings together thoughtfully sourced meats, seafood, seasonal produce, and Anacréon wines in a relaxed, family-style setting.
Choose from our Land Asado, Sea Asado, or let our chefs prepare the best of both. Featuring locally raised meats, fresh Oregon seafood, seasonal harvest vegetables, and family-style service, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to be shared.
$100 per person, (includes an Estate Tasting Flight) - Available Saturdays & Sundays 11am & 1:30pm through the end of September. (Minimum 4 people required for booking).

As the days stretch longer and the evenings settle into golden light, we invite you to join us for Anacréon After Hours at the Tasting House.
Enjoy live music from Dante Zapata, seasonal offerings from our Bistro menu, and a relaxed, open-air setting in the garden — all framed by sweeping 360° views across the vineyard. Each evening begins with a welcome glass of wine, setting the tone for an experience designed to be savored slowly.

Join Us For A Collaboration Between Two Rivers Fish Company and our Anacréon Culinary Team
At the heart of this dinner is a story much bigger than food. It is a story about culture, legacy, and the people who have protected one of the Pacific Northwest’s most sacred resources for generations: the Native American tribes of the Columbia River.
For thousands of years, these communities have lived in relationship with the river, harvesting king salmon not just as a source of nourishment, but as a way of life. Their fishing practices — from ancient methods to the adaptations they have made over time — reflect resilience, ingenuity, and deep respect for the land and water that sustain them. This event is our way of honoring that legacy.
What Makes This Dinner Unique:
Each chef in this collaboration will work with the same king salmon — but through their own lens, their own culture, and their own technique.

French influence
Mexican influence
Japanese influence
And the Pacific Northwest roots that tie it all together.
This fish will speak for itself in every dish, but each chef will interpret it differently. That contrast — that celebration of diversity through a single ingredient — is what makes this dinner so special.
Each chef will be curating their courses outdoors on our beautiful vineyard property, allowing for an up-close and interactive experience.
