Crab & Chardonnay Soirée

There’s something unmistakably special about Oregon Chardonnay and Dungeness crab this time of year.
Bright, coastal, and quietly luxurious, Chardonnay grown here in the Willamette Valley carries a natural freshness and lift that mirrors the sweetness and delicacy of Oregon crab. It’s a pairing that feels both effortless and intentional, where each bite and sip enhances the other.
It’s also a reflection of the cool-climate vineyards, nearby coastal waters, and the rhythm of the seasons that bring these two elements together so beautifully. Our Crab & Chardonnay Soirée is a celebration of exactly that.
These intimate dinners are about more than what’s on the plate or in the glass. They’re about bringing people together around the table, sharing stories, slowing down, and savoring a moment that feels both elevated and deeply relaxed. Join us for our annual Summer Sunset Dinner, a celebration of the summer solstice and the season that welcomes travelers to Oregon wine country at its most radiant.
Hosted at the Anacréon Tasting House, this intimate evening features a dreamy garden setting and a meticulously crafted five-course menu by our culinary team, designed to pair beautifully with our current releases.
The evening begins with a welcome glass of Avec Amour Rosé and a seasonal appetizer before guests are seated for an unforgettable dinner that honors the flavors, textures, and warmth of the season.
