2023 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir

The 2023 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of cocoa, blackberry, coffee nib, toasted hazelnut and incense cedar. The palate is both concentrated and expansive, full of lift and loft with flavors of fresh and dried blueberries, black cherries, chocolate brownie, fenugreek and earthy dill. The palate is deep and woven, full of lavish and tactile tannins bringing richness, texture and distinction, moving the wine fluently to a satisfying salted caramel finish.
