2022 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir
93 Points - James Suckling
Complex and evocative, the 2022 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir captivates with a heady bouquet of sandalwood, cedar, lilac, and rose petal, gracefully orbiting a dark, lush core of dark cherry and plum. On the palate, silken, velvety tannins create a mouthwatering tension, guiding a tapestry of flavors—cocoa, roasted coffee nibs, blueberry, fig, and delicate hints of toasted hazelnut and fennel. The wine unfolds with poise and depth, offering a gratifying, contemplative experience that richly deserves a place in any cellar.

2020 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir
92 Points, Cellar Stocker - Sean Sullivan, Northwest Wine Report
Dense and complex, our ’20 Center of Gravity Pinot Noir is our only wine fermented and aged in 100% Hungarian Oak.
Hungarian barrels provide high aromatic concentration and enhance fruit character with a relatively low direct perceptible barrel impact. Thus, at 50% new oak, we see beautiful structure, but not a highly toasted or oaky impact.
Limited Production of 50 cases. **Sold Out
